The forties can often be about women coming into their own, regaining time for themselves after raising a family. It was a bit of a reverse situation for me. My forties were BUSY. I had a baby girl a few months after turning 40, and a baby boy one month before I turned 42. Then... years of joy. Some of the best years of my life!
